ARTISTS' OIL COLOUR INDIAN RED

Buttery and vibrant, made from only the finest pigments. W&N carefully formulate each tone for stability, tinting strength and coverage. Use them thickly with palette knives or brushes, or thin them to a very fine glaze.

Indian Red is an opaque red colour with blue undertones. Originally made of natural red iron oxides found in earth, it is one of the oldest pigments and is favoured for its permanence.
